Kitchen 1
Our kitchen is 1000 square feet with a private bathroom.
The design is a mix of vintage, modern, and industrial.
We have combined the functionality of a commercial kitchen (30 feet of butcher block and stainless steel work tables, metal counter stools, and every possible piece of cooking equipment) tempered with the warmth of home (rich colors, wooden farm tables, glass and enamel lighting fixtures, 2 massive skylights).

We have a 36-inch, 5-burner induction range and a separate convection oven that fits 3 half-sheet pans. We also have 3 portable burners for countertop cooking demos (1 professional induction, 2 butane)
We have comfortable seating for up to 14 people in the dining room.
For non-seated events, up to 20 is most comfortable.
Rentals include all linens (dishtowels, aprons) and the use of all kitchen equipment and servingware.

Our kitchen is 600 square feet with a private bathroom.

We have combined the functionality of a commercial kitchen (20 feet of butcher block and stainless steel work tables, metal counter stools, and every possible piece of cooking equipment) tempered with the warmth of home (rich colors, 12-foot marble dining table, glass and enamel lighting fixtures, 1 massive skylight).

We have a 6-burner commercial stove/oven (with French-style iron plates) and a separate convection oven that fits 3 half-sheet pans. We also have 3 portable burners for countertop cooking demos (1 professional induction, 2 butane)
We have comfortable seating for up to 24 people in the dining room.
For non-seated events, up to 35 is most comfortable.
